The Details
-
How much do you charge? Do I have to tip?
Sessions begin at $125 for a 75-minute massage.
At the moment, Venmo or cash are my preferred payment methods.
While not expected, tipping is encouraged if you feel that you had an exceptional experience; a 20% gratuity is considered industry standard.
Please give me 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your session. A charge of 50% will be applied for late cancellation or rescheduling. -
What should I expect before my first session?
First time clients will fill out an intake form covering things like contact information, health history, and areas of focus for the session. I need to learn about any relevant medical conditions, medications, or areas of concern that would impact your treatment. This information is always kept private and is important for me to know so that I can conduct a safe and effective session.

Where will the massage be?
We have options! While I primarily do house calls, we can explore alternate spaces should you have limited access to a favorable location. Let’s chat about it if you have questions!
I have a table and all of the supplies needed for our sessions, but if you have an appropriate working surface in your home, I’m happy to use whatever tools you prefer.
-
What should my space be like?
First of all, let’s have enough room for me and the table! A 5×10 foot area clear of obstructions is ideal. If you have concerns about your space, please let me know and we can workshop options.
It’s your session, so I’ll be prepared to practice under whatever conditions I arrive to find. I encourage clients with animals and children with the potential to interrupt a session to do what they can to limit distractions and interruptions, perhaps through the assistance of other caregivers.

Music?
It’s all up to you! I’ve got a speaker and some well crafted massage playlists, but we can listen to whatever you want!

Do you offer discounts to friends and family?
At the moment I’m offering a referral incentive program. After your first session, I will offer a $25 discount for every client you refer to me that books a first time session with me. Referrals can stack, so refer five people and I’ll give you a free massage!
Deep Dive Massage:
Do’s and Don’ts
Do:
Undress to your comfort level. I always use proper draping techniques with the sheets to maintain your modesty, and genitals and female breasts will always remain covered.
Have a clean body before your session, and remove any jewelry.
Communicate with me if you are feeling discomfort or pain at any point - I can’t read your mind!
Dress comfortably (perhaps a robe?) and stay dressed until I leave the room.
Prepare your space how you like - burn incense, light candles, queue up your music, etc.
Arrange for children, pets, or any other beings under your responsibility to be accommodated as needed during your session. You deserve time for yourself!
Try to go to the bathroom before your session instead of during, but don’t hold it to the point of discomfort.
Be kind and respectful to yourself, your body, and to me.
Do not:
Allow self-judgement, shame, or fear to stop you from taking care of your body and health. You are worthy of intentional touch and the benefits of bodywork.
Try to help set everything up or feel like you need to deep clean your house- your job is to relax, I’ve got it covered, and I don’t care about your messy house!
Feel like you have to talk during your session. I’ll take your lead when it comes to chatting, but otherwise I’m likely to remain silent except when asking for feedback on pressure or sensation during different techniques.
Worry about falling asleep, snoring, drooling, being a human being with hair on your body, passing gas, crying… these are things humans do, especially when we’re relaxed.
Engage in or imply any inappropriate, lewd, or suggestive remarks or behavior during the session.
